This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Almera Co Market.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and approved.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse volume, supplier processing, public holidays, promotional periods, stock movement, fraud checks, or other operational factors.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, warehouse location, shipping provider, and fulfilment partner.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch, although some deliveries may arrive sooner or later.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees.

Delivery may take longer during peak periods, including holidays, sales events, public holidays, customs delays, carrier delays, or high-volume fulfilment periods.

4. Warehouse and Fulfilment Locations

Almera Co Market may fulfil orders from different warehouses, suppliers, fulfilment partners, or logistics hubs depending on product availability and customer location.

Some products may ship directly from our suppliers or fulfilment partners.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages at different times.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch.

Tracking information is provided by third-party carriers and logistics providers. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or gaps in carrier tracking updates.

6. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates or shipping timelines shown on our website, at checkout, in emails, or by customer support are estimates only.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier or carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Import checks

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Remote or regional delivery addresses

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Supplier or warehouse processing delays

  • Security checks or payment verification

  • Events outside our reasonable control

7. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please ensure your name, address, apartment/unit number, postal code, phone number, and email address are correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at sales@almeraco.com.

We cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has been processed, submitted to a supplier, packed, or dispatched.

8. Address Changes

Address change requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, submitted to a supplier, or handed to a carrier, we may be unable to update the delivery address.

If an address change is possible, additional fees or delays may apply.

9. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Returned Packages

If a delivery fails due to customer error, refusal, non-collection, incorrect address, incomplete address, inaccessible location, or failure to respond to carrier instructions, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs.

This may include:

  • Re-delivery fees

  • Return shipping fees

  • Handling fees

  • Carrier fees

  • Supplier fees

  • Storage fees

  • Reshipment costs

If an order is returned to sender, we may deduct all shipping, return, handling, processing, and related costs before issuing any refund or store credit, where applicable.

Refunds are not guaranteed for refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or incorrectly addressed orders.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, building management, reception, mailrooms, local delivery depots, or the carrier.

Where possible, we may assist with a carrier investigation, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@almeraco.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the external packaging

  • Photos of the internal packaging

  • A clear description of the issue

Failure to provide clear evidence may delay or prevent us from assessing the claim.

Damaged item claims are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Incorrect, Missing, or Incomplete Items

If you believe your order is missing an item, contains the wrong item, or is incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@almeraco.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue.

We may require additional information to investigate with our warehouse, supplier, or fulfilment partner.

Where the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, missing part, store credit, partial refund, or another remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

13. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

This may happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses, suppliers, or logistics partners.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your tracking details and shipping confirmation emails before contacting us.

Separate packages may have separate tracking numbers and different delivery dates.

14. Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship all products to all locations.

Shipping availability may depend on:

  • Product type

  • Product size or weight

  • Supplier restrictions

  • Carrier restrictions

  • Customs rules

  • Import laws

  • Local regulations

  • Remote-area limitations

  • Restricted or prohibited goods rules

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped to the address provided.

15. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Depending on your location and the products ordered, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other local charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, rejected imports, seizures, local taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by government authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country, state, or region.

If a package is refused, returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, or customer refusal, we are not responsible for refunding the order unless required by law.

16. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping fees may vary depending on product, destination, order value, warehouse location, shipping provider, promotional offer, or selected shipping method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we determine that an error occurred on our side.

17. Free Shipping

Where free shipping is offered, it may be subject to conditions, including minimum order value, product eligibility, destination, promotion period, or shipping method.

We reserve the right to change, remove, or limit free shipping offers at any time.

If an order with free shipping is returned, cancelled, refused, or returned to sender, we may deduct the actual shipping and handling costs incurred from any refund or store credit, where permitted by law.

18. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order or backorder basis.

Estimated dispatch and delivery dates for pre-order or backorder items are estimates only and may change due to production, supplier, warehouse, carrier, customs, or other delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together or separately at our discretion.

19. Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Freight Forwarders

Some products may not be eligible for delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, military addresses, or restricted delivery locations.

If you use a freight forwarder or third-party receiving service, risk may pass to you once the package is delivered to that service.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs issues, failed forwarding, or delivery problems caused by freight forwarders or third-party receiving services.

20. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, marked as delivered by the carrier, collected by the customer, or otherwise completed according to carrier records, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

21. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery failures, losses, or extra costs caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather

  • Carrier disruption

  • Supplier delays

  • Warehouse delays

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Customs delays

  • Import restrictions

  • Government action

  • Labour strikes

  • War, civil unrest, or public emergencies

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • Power, internet, or system outages

  • High-volume sales or holiday periods

  • Any other event beyond our reasonable control
